Are you a new or busy mum needing support, someone to motivate and challenge you? Whatever your age, shape or fitness levels, we will work together to achieve your goals using a personalised workout programme and nutritional guidance, designed especially for you.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel our session, that’s absolutely fine, but please let me know a minimum of 12 hours before our session is due to start. Unfortunately if it’s shorter notice than this a 50% fee is still chargeable. Please bear in mind I will have spent time planning our session so if you can’t make it, let me know and if I can, I will rearrange with you and be as flexible as possible.
