It’s never been more important to give your fitness a check-up. Especially your cardiorespiratory fitness. Cardio health is really easy to improve with just a few simple tweaks to your normal daily life. As a minimum we should be doing 150 minutes a week of moderate to intense exercise, this could be a brisk 30 minute walk 5 times a week, or mix it up with your favourite activities so it’s fun and enjoyable. The best way to make sure you stick to a new routine is to plan it in each day and make sure it’s doing something you enjoy.
My workouts are designed to be completed in 30 minutes, and are a mixture of HIIT based workouts and low intensity steady state (LISS).
